Peter Kowald

What there is is quite a lot, actually almost everything.I hear / see/ smell etc/ sense / feel: fine. I collect/ pick/ assemble - benevolently, perhaps like the (women) gatherers during the times of the hunters, everything is there, at least everything that there is.

A big sack (which can also be a burden), from which I pull things out, everything on the table: what I leave out, exclude, becomes a problem, I´d better include it all (I can sort out, select later), like air, rain, sun, the cold, warmth, that what is there all the time, what is spread out in front of me, eye to eye, cannot be not overlooked, ear to ear, cannot be not overheard. Not everything is in the line of the ear, there is a no man's land of perception, black holes, dark fields.
But there is so much there, so much is at my disposal (for which I am grateful), and I try to comprehend, to grasp, to utilise and to leave out, simply take what is there.
